We're looking to add Scoopers to our growing team for our Village Gardens location!

Our scoopers are the first impression of (402) Creamery for new and returning guests. We are looking for self-motivated, energetic, team-oriented individuals to join our team! As a scooper, your main goal is to create the best possible experience for each person that comes into our store. It is required that our team be self starters, highly motivated, and positive.

As the Assistant Scooper Manager, your primary responsibility is to aid the Scooper Manager in ensuring our ice cream scoopers uphold the company’s value of providing the best possible customer experience to every customer. This is accomplished through employee training, coaching, & feedback. Additionally, you will be a point of contact for customer and employee complaints and questions. You will be responsible for aiding the Scooper Manager in ensuring tasks are completed by your team, that the shop is up to health code standards, & is running effectively.

Our Ice Cream Makers and Bakers are the individuals who help create the ice cream our guests know & love. We’re looking for self-motivated, energetic, team-oriented individuals to join our team. Team members will be responsible for churning ice cream and creating our high-quality mix-ins. Candidates must be willing to work with a team to maximize efficiency, but previous experience is not required!
