Throughout the year, we bring our ice cream truck, mobile dip cabinet, and tabletop service to events of all kinds. From weddings and graduation parties to community celebrations and corporate events, no two weeks ever look the same!

As a seasonal event scooper and event lead, your main goal is to create the best possible experience for each guest, helping provide the sweetest touch to events. It is required that our team be self starters, highly motivated, and positive.

We are specifically looking for scoopers to work opening shifts (11:30am-5pm) at our Telegraph location on Mondays and Thursdays!

Our scoopers are the first impression of (402) Creamery for new and returning guests. We are looking for self-motivated, energetic, team-oriented individuals to join our team! As a scooper, your main goal is to create the best possible experience for each person that comes into our store. It is required that our team be self starters, highly motivated, and positive.

Our Ice Cream Makers and Bakers are the individuals who help create the ice cream our guests know & love. We’re looking for self-motivated, energetic, team-oriented individuals to join our team. Team members will be responsible for churning ice cream and creating our high-quality mix-ins. Candidates must be willing to work with a team to maximize efficiency, but previous experience is not required!

As the Assistant Scooper Manager, your primary responsibility is to aid the General Manager in ensuring our ice cream scoopers uphold the company’s value of providing the best possible customer experience to every customer. This is accomplished through employee training, coaching, & feedback. Additionally, you will be a point of contact for customer and employee complaints and questions. You will be responsible for aiding the Scooper Manager in ensuring tasks are completed by your team, that the shop is up to health code standards, & is running effectively.
