Our scoopers are the first impression of (402) Creamery for new and returning guests. We are looking for self-motivated, energetic, team-oriented individuals to join our team! As a scooper, your main goal is to create the best possible experience for each person that comes into our store. It is required that our team be self starters, highly motivated, and positive.

Our kitchen production team members are the individuals who help create the ice cream our guests know & love. We’re looking for self-motivated, energetic, team-oriented individuals to join our team. Team members will be responsible for churning ice cream and creating our high-quality mix-ins. Candidates must be willing to work with a team to maximize efficiency, but previous experience is not required!

As the Assistant Kitchen Manager, your primary responsibility is to uphold our company’s core value of making the best-tasting ice cream possible. This is accomplished through employee training, coaching and feedback, and providing the tools and resources to empower those around you to be as successful as possible.

As the Assistant Scooper Manager, your primary responsibility is to aid the Scooper Manager in ensuring all of our ice cream scoopers uphold our company’s value of providing the best possible customer experience to every customer. This is accomplished through employee training and positive and constructive coaching and feedback. Additionally, you will be a point of contact for customer and employee complaints and questions. You will be responsible for aiding the scooper manager in ensuring tasks are completed by your team and that the shop is up to health code standards. You will also conduct employee evaluations and communicate with the scooper manager to discuss employee performance.
