We do our best to make sure your ice cream arrives at your door frozen, but unforeseen circumstances or weather events can cause delays. If your ice cream doesn't arrive frozen, please reach out to us with pictures of your shipment at info@402creamery.com and we will be happy to replace your order. 

All sales are final. Please allow 5-10 business days to process & pack your order. We ship orders on Tuesdays, and use 2Day Air to ensure your pints arrive shortly after they leave our kitchen. Shipments are packed with dry ice in an insulated box to keep the ice cream frozen during the transit time. Please unbox your order as soon as you can, and follow our dry ice care instructions to safely handle the dry ice!
