What are your scoop shop hours?
Our hours slightly vary depending on each location!

Where do you make your ice cream?
We've been passionately and pridefully crafting homemade ice cream in Lincoln, Nebraska since 2017. Right now, all of our mix-ins are baked, ice cream is churned, and hand-pinted at our Village Gardens location! If you visit this location, you are greeted by the smell of whatever mix-in is being baked that day!
Each batch is made by hand using only quality, locally-sourced ingredients. After spending hours perfecting each recipe, we are proud to bring you (and your belly) a delicious experience that can't be found anywhere else!
How can I join your team?
We'd love to have you! If you're interested in a career at (402) Creamery, we will warn you that you might meet some of your best friends & this job miiiight fuel your ice cream addiction. But, we promise it's really fun (& you get free ice cream)!

What's all on your menu?
We've got a good variety of sweet treats to fulfill your ice cream craving!
We have 10 signature flavors always on our menu, and 5 seasonal flavors that rotate monthly. We also offer ice cream toppings, homemade waffle cones, ice cream flights, & milkshakes! You can view all of our delicious flavors here.
Where are your pints sold?
We have pints of all flavors available at all three of our Lincoln scoop shops! We also have limited flavors in pints at:

Do you have gift cards?
We sure do! We believe that ice cream is the best gift ever. We offer virtual gift cards (learn more here), or we have physical gift cards available for purchase at our scoop shops!
Product Questions
When do your flavors change?
We have 10 signature flavors that are available all the time - and we have 5 seasonal flavors that rotate monthly! Our team has so much fun experimenting with new flavors to always bring you something delicious every month. We launch new flavors on the 1st of every month!
Where can I find major allergen information?
If you click on the pint you're interested in, there is a "Major Allergen" drop down arrow that lists all major allergens for that flavor!
We do our best to avoid cross contamination, including specific cleaning & sanitizing procedures for each flavor. However, all of our flavors do share equipment. If you have a severe food allergy, we recommend reading our Food Allergy Notice before you enjoy our ice cream!

Do you have any non-dairy flavors?
We sure do! We have two signature flavors that are non-dairy, and we try to incorporate at least one non-dairy seasonal flavor each month. These flavors will say (DF) after the product title.
Our two signature dairy-free flavors are Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip & Lemon Blueberry!
We can also turn our Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip flavor into a dairy-free milkshake (using almond milk) in our scoop shops!

Do you have any gluten-free flavors?
Absolutely! We have multiple gluten-free signature flavors, and try to make at least one seasonal flavor gluten-free each month. These flavors will have (GF) after the flavor title.
Our gluten-free signature flavors are: Almond Brittle with Salted Ganache, Mint Chip, Dark Chocolate, Vanilla, Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip, & Lemon Blueberry!
If you are wanting a ice cream cone with your favorite GF scoop, we also have gluten-free cake cones available in our scoop shops!

Do you have any vegan flavors?
We do! Our Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip signature flavor is vegan, dairy free, and gluten free!
We also try to make at least one of our seasonal flavors vegan each month. These flavors will list (V) after the flavor title!
What kind of mikshakes do you have?
We use our homemade ice cream as the base for our milkshakes!

Nationwide Shipping
How do you ship ice cream?
We carefully pack your favorite pints in an insulated box with dry ice to ensure your ice cream stays frozen while in transit!
Is there an order minimum?
Due to the size of our shipping boxes, we do require orders to be shipped in quantities of 5 pints per order. If you'd like more than 5 pints, you'll have to place a separate order!
When will my order ship?
We ship out all of our orders each week on Tuesday mornings! We do use 2Day Air, so your package arrives shortly after it leaves our kitchen!
Where do you deliver?
We do ship to all 50 states! We cannot deliver perishables to PO boxes, though.

How can I track my shipment?
You will receive an email when your ice cream is heading your way! That email will also contain the UPS tracking number. If you don't receive this email or have any questions about your order, you can reach us at info@402creamery.com with your order number (which will be included in your confirmation email) and we'll be happy to provide an update!
How do I handle the dry ice?
Our packages do use dry ice to ensure your pints arrive safe & frozen to your door.
- DO NOT TOUCH the dry ice pieces with bare hands!
- Leave the dry ice in the box, and place the box in a well-ventilated area so the dry ice can sublimate.
- Make sure the box & dry ice is kept away from children & pets.
- Do not place the box directly on your countertop or in your freezer.
Events
Do you have an ice cream truck?
One of our favorite team members is our ice cream truck - Sprinkles!
Sprinkles would love to join you at your next event! We have options for a cash bar (guests pay), or open bar (host pays). You can choose your flavor(s) and we have options for custom flavors! Fees & order minimums do vary depending on the event location and size.

What if my event is too small for the ice cream truck?
No worries there! We also offer single serve event cups that you can pre-order for your event. These are perfect for smaller events like showers, birthday parties, corporate events, and more!
We would prefer to have your pre-order placed two weeks before your event, but please reach out if it's sooner and we will do our best to get them done in time!

Fundraising
As a small business, we know how important community involvement is. That's why we are passionate about sourcing ingredients from fellow local businesses, and giving back to our community as much as we can. Every month we partner with a non-profit in Lincoln to host a fundraiser in our scoop shops! We started these fundraisers in March 2021 and we are so proud to have been able to donate over $12,000 since. Thank you all for participating in our fundraisers! We couldn't do it without all of you.
