Thank you for your interest in hosting a dine-out at (402) Creamery! We host two dine-outs each month. These events are 2-hour windows at one of our locations in which a percentage of all proceeds from that time are donated back to the group.

Please note that submitting this form does not guarantee approval. Our Marketing Coordinator will reach out if your request aligns with our availability.

Dates open on the first of each month, four months in advance (for example, October dates will be available starting June 1). Requests remain open until 1 month prior to the event month, or until all available dates have been reserved and confirmed.

If you have not heard from us at least 3 weeks prior to your requested date, we encourage you to submit a new request for a future month.
